About Stephanie Kanaris

I grew up playing tennis at a National level until the age of 16, which is where my passion for the human body began.

I have an Advanced Diploma in Myotherapy and a background in Rehab based Pilates and was lucky enough to spend 11 years working in elite sport which has moulded me into the professional I am today.

I love helping others learn and reach their full potential which is why I am currently completing my TAE (Cert IV In Training & Assessment) to hopefully become a trainer at MSQ. Helping others learn is such a rewarding experience and our diversity of students, clients and staff makes this such an uplifting environment to be in. We are so lucky to have so many people from all across the world here with us every day.

I was the no. 1 tennis player in the country at the age of 12 – it was all downhill from there. I have not grown in height since grade 6, everyone thought I was going to be really tall. I left everything in Melbourne to go on a mystery yacht in Europe for 9 weeks with no idea where I would end up, 3 months later I ended up moving to the Gold Coast.
