I grew up in a sleepy surfing town know as Lennox Head, here I trained for Athletics, Cross country, Soccer, Professional Triathlon and loved to surf in my down time. I love being outdoors and the ocean is my happy place.

I have a Diploma of Remedial Massage, Certificate IV of Training and Assessment, Certificate of Dry Needling, Level 1 Sports Trainer and have worked in a multi-disciplinary Physio Clinic for 5 years. I have worked for elite sporting teams such as Triathlon Australia, Athletics Australia, Tri Canada, GWS Giants AFL and professional surfing athletes over the last 8 years.

I love working at MSQ as I love to see our students graduate and accomplish their goals by becoming better versions of themselves and leave here as a Professional Massage Therapist, witnessing this makes me proud and grateful to be a part their journey.
