Intensive 3 Day (+Online) Swedish Massage

 

Swedish massage is the cornerstone of all massage, and is the first module from Certificate IV of Massage Therapy Practice, which is your first level of industry qualification.

The unit covers fundamental Swedish massage history, principles and techniques, and covers basic anatomy for the Muscular and Skeletal systems. Participants will learn a one hour routine over the duration of the unit and will receive and provide a massage each class.

Notes and oil are supplied, and students use our massage tables in class.

If you plan to become a professional massage therapist and develop your own healing ability, this is the unit to start with. This unit is also available for the hobby therapist to learn Swedish for their own use at home.
