Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone massage is a speciality massage where the therapist uses smooth. heated stones, either as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on key points on the body while they massage other parts of the parts. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles so the therapist can work more deeply, more quickly.

In this basic Hot Stone Massage class you will learn the energy use of hot & cold stones in a full body massage.

Students will learn to use strokes as useful bodywork tools using special techniques and stone lays as well as working with healing intention and the energy of the stones.

To enrol, students will need to provide evidence that they have completed a Relaxation Massage course.
