Our massage therapy courses provide graduates with their first level of qualification required to enter the massage industry. With a focus on therapeutic / relaxation massage, the Cert IV Course in Massage Therapy provides a broad range of skills and practical modalities, such as Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue (Sports Massage), Shiatsu, Reflexology, Client Physical Assessment, Anatomy & Physiology and a sound understanding of the history and principles of massage and the use of health industry-specific terminology.

The Student Clinic component of the Certificate IV in Massage Therapy courses provides invaluable hands-on workplace experience in a supervised setting, allowing students to develop confidence and integration of various techniques as they learn to assess and treat their clients.

On successful completion of Certificate IV in Massage Therapy Practice, graduates may register as a full member with a national massage association, obtain professional indemnity / public liability insurance and commence work.

Course Duration:  Full Time - 18 teaching  weeks plus 2 weeks holiday (Monday to Friday as scheduled)

                               1yr part time (not available to international students)
